Supriya Sule of NCP (alliance: UPA) won in this seat defeating RHSP. NCP polled 5,21,562 of the total of 10,68,940 votes polled. NCP won the seat in the 2009 Lok Sabha elections.
Baramati goes to the polls in the 3st phase of the 2019 General Elections to choose the 17th Lok Sabha on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. The election results for the seat are scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2019.
